Hello, I wanted to know based on my current 3d X-ray if the tooth on my bottom left (next to my impacted wisdom tooth that was taken out yesterday) would require a Crown, Root canal, or simply a filling. So far I have no pain associated with the tooth. Thank you.
Although further analysis would be necessary for an adequate answer, a radiolucent area can be seen on the distal part of the molar, which is normal in teeth close to impacted teeth as it hinders hygiene, making them more prone to caries. The solution will depend on the diagnosis of the molar, since being large caries may have already affected the vitality of the tooth.
