We check your benefits
Share your insurance details and we verify your coverage before you arrive, so there are no surprises.

Your first visit
A comprehensive exam, digital imaging, a cleaning and a complimentary 3D oral scan. We review your history and listen to your goals.
- 04
Your plan, explained
You leave with clear options, an honest recommendation and time to decide. Treatment can often begin the same day.
What to bring
- Photo ID and your dental insurance card
- A list of the medications you take
- Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if you have them
- Any medical conditions we should know about, such as diabetes, heart conditions or joint replacements
Good to know
Patients under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When we confirm your visit, we hold it with a card. You are not charged until after your appointment. Cancelling is free up to 48 hours before your visit; within 48 hours there is a $50 fee.
Nervous about the dentist? Tell us. We take things slowly and offer sedation options for anxious patients.
