We are in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, MetLife, Anthem PPO plans. If your plan isn’t listed, call us. We are happy to check your benefits and explain what may be covered.

We do not participate in Medicaid or Fidelis plans at this time.

Purely cosmetic treatments such as veneers or whitening are usually not covered. Parts of a plan that restore health or function, like crowns or implants, may be partly covered. We review this with you before you begin.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that lets you spread the cost of treatment over monthly payments, with short-term and extended options. You can apply online or our team can help you in the office.

Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we bill your insurance and track your claims. You are responsible for any balance your plan does not cover.
