Empower Your Smile DDS (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs your protected health information and is available at our office.

Information you give us

Our appointment request form is provided by our patient-communication platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector). When you request an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in and your insurance carrier. We use them only to respond to you and schedule your visit. Please do not send medical details through the website.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page movement to show which parts of a page are useful; it does not record what you type into forms, and the smile preview is excluded. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Chat

Our website chat assistant may collect the information you type into it so our team can follow up. Do not share medical details in chat.

Smile preview

If you use “See your future smile,” the photo and any contact details you enter are sent to our provider, BiteBot, to create your preview and, if you ask, to share it with our team. Use it only with a photo of yourself.

Accessibility menu

The accessibility menu stores your display choices, such as text size and contrast, in a cookie on your device so they stay in place as you browse.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, or when required by law.
