The office is wheelchair accessible.

Call us right away. We make every effort to see emergencies the same day. For facial swelling with fever or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.

Cancelling is free up to 48 hours before your visit. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 fee.
